Well, I know it is legal to hunt here, and I saw in the sports shops. If you want to make sure it can take the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife to ask. Here is their website:

You might want to check local regulations if he was a house with a big hole to reach in the window because someone thought it was genuine. It would be great, even though theft deterrent!
