Gerald Ford played Michigan
John F. Kennedy played for Harvard
Richard Nixon played Whittier College
Ronald Reagan played Eureka College

Jack Kemp was a congressman and a candidate for the vice presidency, but lost. He played at Occidental College. We remember more of its pre-merger AFL career with the Buffalo Bills, but also played for the San Diego Chargers, and before that in Canada, Calgary.
